When we want to do a thing, we position naturally in a very good way. We are open and willing and happy to give our energy to the task. When we don’t want to do a thing, our position changes. We are closed and reluctant and unhappy to give our energy to the task. This means that at least twice the energy is required to do the task than is really necessary. This adds to our future reluctance to do the task again.
Much is written and spoken about gratitude as a good practice and it certainly is. When you focus on something, it is usually either filling you or emptying you. Gratitude is the thing that fills you.
What we are holding can harm us. Letting go heals us. This process does not require perfect spiritual development, it only requires more kindness for ourselves and more willingness to shed emotions that do not serve us
In this moment, feel yourself and your gifts. Let yourself love and be grateful in this moment. The longer you stay in this moment, the stronger you will become. Resist letting your thoughts take you to the past or the future.
The word we speak has the power to feed fear or love. That is one reason why we want to choose wisely what we say. It is easy to say that a word that was spoken does not really mean anything, but all words spoken mean something because they are energy expressions.
There is a steady demand for the personal investment of our lives. We want to remember that we are in charge of our investments. When we are manipulated by the demands of others, anger will eventually take over. In order to prevent this, we must all take responsibility for choosing what we offer to others and how much we offer.

This question is even more important than “where does my money go?” In the case of money, reality inevitably catches up. The account is low and you still need money. In the case of energy, there is not as solid an accounting as there is with money.
