Small Understandings

So often we look for big answers to our questions, when actually, the good answers lie in the small understandings. Sometimes it is hard to understand that the answer to a big problem is a small set of responses. Worry is a good example of this dilemma. You may be believing that your worries would stop if you received a large sum of money. What if your worries stopped because you chose not to focus on them so much. What if your focus was actively on every small blessing in your life. We are always solving problems, but the least efficient way to solve problems is from a state of worry. Worry is a product of fear and it narrows your ability to see and feel in an expanded way. It can cut you off from your own intuitive information. When we are in a state of love and gratitude, we are better able to see the path the Universe is opening for us. When you choose your focus, you are better able to be full and open. This is the best energy for solving problems.
