Fullness

Your greatest protection in life is your fullness. When you are full, your view of life is changed in the most positive way. Fullness and love are your companions, and you find that you are not seeking satisfaction away from your own energy. Fullness is fed in great part by your joy. When you learn to use your focus to bring joy to yourself, fullness will follow. When you use your focus to see lack, in yourself or in the world, you bring fear and emptiness to yourself. The willingness to seek joy in every situation where it is possible to find it is a great power and creates the fullness which brings you happiness. In this new year, choose to know this truth and to use this truth to make your life as rich and full as it can be.
