End of Year Healing

We are closing on the end of a very challenging year.  Many institutions we have always trusted have been under attack.  This can bring up old feelings of fear and even abandonment.  This is a time for being truly conscious about how much time and thought we are giving to things we cannot change in the moment.  A great part of healing lies in our willingness to release the thoughts and feelings that we have around the negativity of our own lives and the world itself.  It is time to remember that we create what we focus on and to consciously choose to focus on the beauty, love and gratitude in our lives.  That is, after all, what we want to create in the coming year.
