We live in a time when the shadow side of humanity seems to be in control. A challenge is to avoid holding on to our angry thoughts about the situation we are in. The angry thoughts are perfectly natural given the current situation, but holding those thoughts too long in our minds and bodies is not good for us. Learning to release those thoughts and move on to the good we can do in the world is the best service we can do, for ourselves and for the world.
