Judgment of Yourself

It is far easier to correct an action or an emotional response in your life when you are not sitting in judgment of yourself for having it. There is a power in respecting all the aspects of the human condition in yourself. If you can look at a response you have had that you don’t like and still keep love and respect for yourself while you correct any damage that may have been done, to yourself or to others, you are operating from a very healthy place, both emotionally and spiritually. When you think about how anxious you are to forgive a friend or to overlook something negative in someone you love, think what a great thing it would be to extend that response to yourself. We are all in the human condition and in a spiritual experience. All of that responds well to love.
