The world is heavy with the energy of war and fear and we still must live in peace. To understand the conditions which rob a group of people of their humanity can only be an intellectual exercise, and not a very rewarding one. To focus on the power which created us all, and to fill with the loving energy which is the source of that creation, is to create a peace greater than the war which often surrounds us. Both fear and love have a magnetic quality about them. That is why the conscious focus on love is so important now. Every act of kindness, every thought of connection, every gentle response to ourselves as we move through these times, is an affirmation of the intention to create peace through choosing love.
