Good decisions rarely come from fear-based feelings. You are so much larger than your fearful thoughts. It is a real discipline to move yourself consciously from a place of fear to a place of love. It is sometimes helpful to ask yourself a centering question such as “If I truly loved myself and believed in my own worth, what would I do in this situation?” Love is the great expander, just as fear is the great narrower. When a decision must be made and fear is involved, take a few moments to breathe and draw your attention into your own center. Ask the question and be open to receiving the thoughts and actions which honor you and your path.
